Sinster Rawks!

I couldn't find the Feedback section...if it exists.

Sinster just sent a really nice guitar for me to work some magic on!
Even included all the hardware, boxed perfectly.
It looks like it ought to work out fine, thanks for the unbelievable opportunity!

Can't thank you enough Bro!

Looking to trade a super clean original (except for Grovers) 1970 ES-335 in Cherry Sunburst, with OHSC. There is a little finish checking and some light worming on the back, but not through the finish, along with some fret wear. The guitar has been played but is in super condition. All electronics are original and the guitar has never had any headstock breaks or repairs. She's a real sweetie! The guitar is realistically valued at around $4k+, even in today's economy.

Looking for an R9 in Cherry sunburst, but will look at Iced Tea or Tobacco burst. Only an R9 will do, must have some nice flame. Not too interested in the Murphy route. Just not my cup o' tea.

Pics available on request.

Thanks!

BC in CA

I should have checked this thread sooner. Been looking for a 335 and never play my R9. Still have this?

Re: The Trading Post

2008 Epiphone '56 Goldtop with vintage style RS kit and Gibson Custom Shop P-90s. Flawless condition with the exception of a small chip at the strap anchor at the base of the guitar (pic included).

This instrument has only been lightly used and sounds EXCELLENT. I'm willing to trade for other Gibsons and adding money if the situation calls for it, or anything else that tickles my fancy. Martins, hollow-bodies, SGs, Richenbachers, and Gretsch Corvettes rate highly with me. Whatever it is, I'm willing to take a look at it. There's a lot of people on here looking to get rid of some of their higher-end instruments to raise cash but don't want to be left without a well-playing instrument. If you find that you're one of these people, this is an excellent opportunity for you!

NOTE: The last picture is a little out of date and is from when I first purchased the guitar. The factory stickers on the pickup covers and pickguard are no longer there.

Good for you! I hope so too, Post it when you get it and send me the link. BTW, I am an ESP fan. I once painted an original airbrush design on a guitar body in barter for them making me a custom strat to my specs. My painted guitar appeared at NAMM that year.

Re: The Trading Post

that's awesome.

Yea I'll definitely take some pics. This is a pic from the seller... I plan on getting nickel covers for the pickups and some knob pointers to give it a little more of that typical Les Paul look. Maybe even a pick guard, but still not too sure about that

Wow that's beautiful. Good score! Isn't Edwards owned by or made by someone else?

Edwards is ESP. ESP | EDWARDS

Billions of threads debating on the quality / price point compared to Gibson USA. I've decided to try one myself

That's what I thought. I remember seeing that Edwards was ESP somewhere recently. I have to say the workmanship on my ESP custom ordered Strat is so beyond anything I've ever seen made by Fender. More like PRS quality on fit and finish and the carve of neck and body. The Japanese surpass a lot of our production line stuff. I bet the Edwards "LP" you just got will be awesome.

Feeler

This is just a feeler, But would any one be interested in trading a used darkburst R8 Gibson Les Paul for a used sunburst R8 Gibson Les Paul? I have Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates *neck* and a Custom 5 *bridge* in it now. BUT I still have the original pups and I swear, Those are the BEST sounding stock pups I've ever heard.

So if I find someone to do the trade I will have the stock pups put back in. It comes with pickguard and OHSC (I had the case stenciled with ANDREA on it, But the paint is removable with fingernail polish)

Again this is just a feeler, I live in Orlando FL so preferably someone who lives near by, Therefore I could do the trade in person.

Yeah, It's weird all the used purchases I make are like on the other sides of the US.

I bought my Mesa from New Jersey, I sold my Bassman to California.

I live in FL,

Shipping Sucks.

No kidding...I've bought guitars from CA, AZ, NJ; I had a 2X12 amp shipped from FL. Sent guitars all over, too. I hate it. I just feel like I'm pushing my luck at this point.

1). WTT...I have a set(4) black speed knobs that I want to trade for a set(4) of amber top hat knobs. Mine are like new.

2). I'm also still trying to find someone who wants to swap out my gold Epi Custom hardware for their chrome(less tuners).

I'd like to offer up my Gibson Melody Maker for trade. I'm mainly keen on a Fender Blues Jr., a used Fender Hot Rod Deluxe, or a used Fender Blues Deluxe amp.

Cheers.

I've got an M-Audio Midisport 2x2 brand new in the box, never used it since my interfaces do all my MIDI work now. The AxeFX people rave about these things to customize patches on the computer. Looking for pedals, parts, anything interesting really.

PM me.
