Re: The Trading Post

I have a 2008 Fender stratocaster standard which is black with a black pick guard. It is mexican made but is a very nice player. It has the 60 anniversary stamp on the back of the head stock. It is all stock and has light wear.

This is the opposite of staying quiet and learning how things work here. If it doesn't interest you, then pass on it.

C'mon, CT, you've been here long enough to understand how attention-whoring works, especially for those on a budget.

Re: The Trading Post

I have a 1995 Gibson Les Paul Studio Gem Series (Ruby) in good condition that I am willing to trade towards any vintage Fender offset guitars or newer Fender guitars except for a Stratocaster unless the Ruby is involved in a trade for a Fender Custom Shop Strat with a modern C shape or slim C shape neck. Also, I really like funky guitars and effects. If it's made of soviet tank parts I'll probably like it.

Thanks!!!

**Note**
Single Historic tuner and white speed knobs are up in "Pay it forward" thread, along with a set of Sperzel keys... you want any of those just put up something for free to someone else and I'll give 'em to ya fer nuthin... not even shipping.

Ok, the rest

1 set of Nickel "Gibson Deluxe" tuners, 5 of them are "Made in Germany" stamped, early 90's style, the 6th is marked "Japan" on the back. I think it was replaced in the shop before I bought my '92 Studio... I bought the Studio in '92, but it had been bought and returned to the shop.
They were all used for a while, two of the German made ones are a little wobbly when you don't have string tension, those two have had the back covers stuck back on with super-glue, I did not have any problem keeping in tune with these on my Les Paul though, oh and they could use a good cleaning.

Hohner Blues Harp in C "Made in Germany", it's ten years old but hasn't been used more than a couple times.

Harmonica neck rest holder thing, chrome, great condition...

Flat chrome humbucker pickup rings, no nicks dings dents etc...

New All Parts Back Plates for Gibson Les Paul - Brown (I opened the package, took the film off of the switch cavity cover, didn't like the look of it with my "darkback" refinish... decided to stick with the original, albeit scratched up plates.

New White All Parts humbucker pickup rings, these are taller like historics... but obviously not OEM parts.

Chicken Head Knob, new from Stew Mac, just didn't work for me.

Russian K-90Y 0.15 PIO Capacitor, NOS

I also have a Line 6 Guitar Port that's hardly been used. The disk I have for it is old... when I installed it a month ago I just downloaded the latest software from their website, but I can burn it do a disk if your interested.

__________________________________________________ ____________

Things I'd be interested in, and I cash could always be thrown in either way, just make me an offer.

GFS Cream 90 or Mean 90

plain black gibson truss rod cover

Sets of D'Addario XL strings, 10's

black n chrome reflector knobs

black with white lettering rhythm/treble switch ring

nickel humbucker covers

Anything else you got? I just know I don't need any of this stuff.

Re: The Trading Post

I am wanting to trade these pedals for other pedal(s). I have a Metal Zone MT-2 and a Danelectro Wah. They're both used and work fine. The Metal Zone is scuffed up and has alot of scratches. It's also missing one of the middle/top knobs. MZ pedal has velcro tape on the bottom. I am looking for either of these pedals:
  • MXR Phase 90
  • MXR Stereo Chorus
  • Korg Pitch Black

I have a chrome locking set of Tonepros studs metric, studs only - no posts. Came off a PRS SE Singlecut I had. Perfect condition.

I'm looking for a chrome set of Tonepros locking chrome standard studs for a USA LP.

Looking for a trade.

Re: The Trading Post

I've got a Marshall MG15 (the new MG series, not the crappy old series) in perfect condition that is only a couple of months old that I'd be willing to trade for an Orange Combo amp - preferably an Orange Crush PiX CR20LDX but I'd also be willing to consider other Orange combos.

Lou, a week or two ago I would have taken you up on this. I have 2 sets of the black and was actually looking for a set of the gold. Have recently tried various reflectors on my Gibsons and think I'm going to stick with those now. Good luck.
