over priced stuff I don't want to sell:(
Hey all, First off I'm in BC Canada so bear with me on the shipping end ect..
I have a bunch of stuff I've been holding on to and really don't want to move so no low ball offers! 1 '58 custom 2 PAF's with 1 coil each rewound, Tom Holmes bridge pu, Refin'd white, binding replaced by lower bout where arm rests, grovers. I bought this couple years back for 21k open to reasonable offers 2 '71 56 RI 6th version 1 pc neck/small binding in cut away.bad black refin, bad headstock repair, replaced tuners , bigsby on/off. I scraped off the black auto paint off the back, original finish there but done, top looks sanded before the horrible refin, was going to go to Gord Miller with the '58 to be restored but... original PU's / wiring/ pots. 3500 OBO 3 '68 335 decent but not pro blonde refinish, converted to stop tail but looks off from stock 50's placement. no breaks, small neck, original everything, neck PU kills! . 4500 obo. 4 68 bassman head n cab, Silver face front/ black back, all original as far as I know. 1500 obo 5 76 i think fender pro reverb, original manual, replaced transformer but have original one too, sounds great 1000 obo 6 79 i think fender twin 135 watt, one channel sounds rough but probably something easy ,other is fine, country guys love these! 1000 obo 7 94 Murphy painted R9 not the best top but tied for the best playing RI I've held and totally new condition(one chip by bottom strap button from shipping) 10k firm 8 local commissioned 1959 standard copy,no logo, black, all specs from his real burst, sheptone or WB **** 1000 obo 9 '70 marshall SL 100w retolexed red(but 1#off and built on same day by same people as red one at PMBlues) full stack with 7/8 speakers all built couple days apart (other later 70's)and close too head, was probably sold all together and original red... not that that helps now.. all the good stuff , metal face metal handles on cabs, no casters, no logos on cabs, logo painted on head 8k obo 10 mesa triple rec w/cab you know what this is still has tags, foot pedal, manual looks new but dusty.... 3k obo 11 two marshall cabs early 70's, retolexed orange, one is empty 750 obo, other has 2 71? greenbacks 2 new greenbacks 1500 obo, both have logos, original grill cloth, metal handles, casters act I honestly don't want to sell any of this but trying to do some other things so reasonable offers would be considered, low ball offers will be ignored ,and offensive offers will be countered with un kind thoughts and words. I might put up more thanks for your time. |

If you sell that '68 Bassman for $1500, then I'm sending you every '68 Bassman I can find.

Re: over priced stuff I don't want to sell:(
Like I said... I hope it doesn't sell. The bassman my friends Dad bought new, and has the cab, probably overpriced but its what its worth to me that I care about.
I have got quite a few requests for pics of the '59 replica, but I call it a copy. The guy own's a few real sunbursts and had these made by the company overseas that produce Bayou acoustics, they own that too. He's great guy and this was a very limited run to select customers, but they came with shitty parts and no logo, so the purchaser could choose his own hardware. the sunbursts where all sold but I grabbed this black one. Saw one on CL locally that had new inlays, parts, logo added and the flame top. looked killer! I will post up some pics tomorrow as today was as rough as the last few... thank for the interest. |
