FS: USA Fender Telecaster w/ extras... $650

Their $749 on musicians friend... Plus mine comes with a lot of extras! It is ready to get out on the road and play gigs! I just need money really bad right now. You'll be hard pressed to find a deal like this.

Sorry for the bad cell-phone pic!

Here is some specs...
* 2008, BRAND NEW. Ordered from Halpin Music in Alton, Illinois. Came straight from the Fender factory to their door-step. I was the first person to even TOUCH that guitar.
* Highway-One model
* 3-tone sunburst w/ Maple neck (best combo for a tele possible in my eyes!)
* Alnico-3 "hot" pick-ups... Phenomenal tone
* FRESH set-up with D'Addario 10.46s
* Fender/SKB molded-locking hardshell case
* Dunlop strap-lock system w/ Levy's strap
* Comes with Fender tool-set, warranty info (which is transferable), ALL case candy. Everything that came with the guitar new (even the Fender gig-bag) is coming with it now.

There really isn't anything wrong with it. There is a small scrape from a set of DiMarzio clip-locks rubbing the paint... They were removed IMMEDIATELY after that happened and replaced with the Dunlops. It's essentially a brand new guitar, with a VERY minimal amount of playing wear.

Get it while you can... Before I change my mind/or find a job! Guitar plays smoother than butter!

I know how that feels, brother. I've had 4 xbox 360s, none of them broke, we just needed the money and they're easy to replace. Same can't be said for guitars

Man, I'm like... Not wanting to sell this. But, if the money comes... So be it. I'll have money to last awhile and I'll probably get some stuff for my LP to make me feel better maybe.

not to be mean, but the price is still high...when i sold my HW1 Strat last month, I was happy to get $450 for it...which was over double what i was offered on a trade.

I will not sell this A DOLLAR lower. I am not bumping the thread anymore. I am not putting it on craigslist. BY THE GRACES OF GOD, I got some money back from school to tide me over so this isn't of that great of importance to sell right now...

Also, if you have a problem with the price.... I don't give a shit! Just because you couldn't sell YOUR hwy-1 Tele for what I am asking for mine... Doesn't mean I can't sell mine. I challenge you guys to find a better deal for a players instrument that isn't in "player condition..."

I could be wrong but I think this members' classified section is for people "selling" and people "wanting to buy" guitars. I do not think it is an area for members to question the listing member's asking price. What you posted could have easily been sent to Brett by way of a PM if you were trying to be helpful to him and I presume you were. It also appears he is open to offers as well, so everyone, including yourself is free to make an offer. Best of luck in your sale of this Telecaster Brett. I think it is a great value.

I am saying $550 firm, pretty firm anyways. If somebody really wants it and I see it is going to a good home. I may or may not reduce the price more.
