FS: 1980 D'Agostino LP

Because of some ongoing drama in my other sale thread, I've just decided to start another, this time, hopefully with out the drama.

Here we have a 1980 D'Agostino Les Paul, singlecut style guitar. Made in Japan. SIGNED BY SKILLET! I also have the autograph card that I got when I met them. 3 piece Maple neck, Mahogany body, plain top, tobacco burst finish. It's got a new Tusq nut, older Gotoh crown head tuners, brand new D'Addario .11 strings with a wound G string.

For pickups it's got a very old (early-mid '80's) Seymour Duncan Distortion in the bridge that ohms at 13.5K and a Gibson T-Top that ohms at 8.5K in the neck. Pretty lively pickups! It's been rewired with shielded pickup wire. Bolt on neck. Solid guitar with sustain for days. Finish is good, binding solid, all around good guitar. I also have a boatload of pictures if you want more hi-res photos. Call cell 402-610-3230

Asking $300 + shipping and or paypal fees. Firm. Not interested in trades... unless you have a set of metric rings and bearings for a Chevy LT1. 2mm, 1.5mm and 4mm ring pack. And I'll probably still need some cash depending on brand. Need the money for the hot rod... *sigh* Life is cruel sometimes.

I have 3 D'Ags...2 (twin) LPCs and a 335, all with set necks.
Wouldn't give up the LPCs...really amazing.
Not much info...thought they were MIJs but the last one I snagged owner said USA '78. The 335 likely MIJ.
Gonna have to do some p'up/cavity checkin' now.

New knobs! Also, new Push-pull in the neck volume position that bypasses all volume/tone controls when pulled. Really wide open sound.

Thin. Thinner that I like anyways. I'd say, 60's slim taper, and one of the thinner ones that I've played at that.
