(4) 10 Top: Bodies/Necks/Braz Fngbd/Veneer
Fat Lady is singing boys! Better than for Whom The Bell Tolls! These photos do not do these tops justice. Basically what we have here are various states of unfinshed killer bursts. Yeah, I got a copy of Beauty of The Burst too, and bought as many killer 5A maple tops to build replicas. All routes from John Catto `58 Les Paul Templates. Something happened while in the midst of building, I'd rather be playing and getting my chops back up to speed. Knowing Matt O'Ree is a very humbling experience LOL!
Here is what we have, two bodies with carved tops, from the Eastern Carve `59 Template. I bought the dummy, it is for sale, along with all templates. 1) This is a Pearly Gates top, just as good if not better than any Gibson. Old Growth Mahogany, from Arnold/Tea113. Neck is also old growth mahogany w/17 degrees headstock angle. You need to install truss rod (included), Brazilian Rosewood Fingerboard with Trapezoid inlay routes, Veneer from Crazy parts, Germany. 2) This is a 10 top, same as above, but with wider flame, Brock-DaPra Burst. Same as above on the Mahogany, yada, yada, yada.... 3) Killer 5A Maple cap, Incredibly figured Mahogany one piece body, Honduran one piece neck. You need to install truss rod (included), Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard, Veneer from Crazy parts, Germany. 4) Another Killer 5A Eastern Maple cap from Paul Pataran, with a featherweight, flawless one piece Korina body & neck w/truss rod, Brazilian board, holly veneer w/logo. For the guys who build, or would like to build. This is premium wood, for a Killer 10 top. Serious buyers only. More than happy to send more pics to a serious buyer. Brazilian Rosewood fingerboards. If possible, I'd like to sell all of these, along with everything else to one buyer, but will separate to sell individually. They have all been routed for trapezoid inlays, further routing is necessary for inlays. The last two on right are with inlays are Indian Rosewood.

Maple caps - blowing these out, some minor routing flaws, can be cleaned up. Other un cut Eastern flame maple boards. A few more too

Here are wet pics some of you have requested for Pearly Gates. Considering a lot of work has been done to the maple: resawn, bookmatched, planed and carved using the Eastern Carve Dummy template, it's not fair to the other buyers who are paying $800 for the other unglued, uncarved sets. $1000.
