One of my strats needs to go. (62' AVRI, Lenny Replica, and SRV themed stratocaster)

This kind of sucks, I realized that I'll have too many guitars once I agreed in principle with Hyper for his EVH guitar. (Don't worry buddy, I'm still going to get it.) I also have a strat being made up for me by MJtele that should be finished in a month. Along with my Tokai, that makes me having 7 guitars. I already have the telecaster up for sale, but still no buyers....I waited too long on L&M and now all I can get from them is $300 cash or $360 in trade, which I know is really below market value.

Anyways I would like to sell one of three of these strats so I can make room for the EVH and Mjtele strat.

Anyways, first up is my 2003 AVRI 62 stratocaster that I just got eariler this month as part of a trade. I won't hide the issues it has, unlike the previous seller. Most of the things I know about this guitar are here: NGD- 2003 62' AVRI Stratocaster

The other concern to note that you can't see in the pictures is that one of the neck screws appears to be stripped. I put the screw into the neck without the body and it will grab onto the wood firmly so you could get a screw that is slightly longer. On that note I did have it checked out by my luthier this morning, and he told me not to bother redrilling as the other three screws are holding it very well, and the guitar didn't have any issues from it. 'If it isn't broken, don't fix it." he said. Out of all the strats I have had, this guitar just have a good mojo about it.
























I believe someone on here priced my guitar between 900-1000 tops so I'll start with $950. It comes with a G&G case, but I did not get a key with it. This guitar also didn't have a trem arm when I got it, but I had a long one kicking around that fits the bridge nicely.

It has the USA strat standard pickups with delta tone wiring. The body has been scuffed up to take some shiny areas off the body. I used a Highway one body for the build and we all know how they have shiny spots. I would like to get $800 w/hsc If you don't want the Fender Elite tuners I can remove them and install the original nickel hardware for the neck, and knock off $25 bucks.

I used 57/62 pickups, the same ones in the AVRI series of strats, and had a push/pull switch put in on the second tone pot to enable the bridge pickup. The neck is off a JV sig strat with a soft V neck. The bridge is USA, the decals and saddles came from axeetremecreations.com. A very bright sound with this guitar. I would like to get $1100 w/HSC or if someone wants the Jimmie Vaughan neck I can sell it separate for $250. Reason for that is that I have been wanting to get a relic neck from MJtele, but didn't want to waste the JV neck.

She's a great guitar. I had such a hard time finding the right brown strat body for it when I built her, and with the 57/62 pickups she has the cleanest tones I've heard on any strat I have owned. Not to toot my own horn, I think this is the best bang for your buck replica without going to fender and paying $25,000 for their replica.

Is the paint on a AVRI nitro?

I might be interested in the pickups and the body--But the body might be what I am after.

Sent a PM. It does appear to be Nitro, and after calling Fender and checking the website all AVRI have nitro paint. It's not a flat paint like you see on the road worn series, but it's more coats. Nitro also fades and chips easier then poly or urethane.
