New Stew-Mac Bookmatched Carved Maple?

http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Bodies,_...Solidbody.html

WHAT?!?!

Anyways, they look pretty good. Just saw them today. Apparently, they are godly bookmatched, and priced pretty reasonably. I'd still go for Tom's Eastern Maple if they weren't so damn pricey

But I guess you get what you pay for. And I think you get even more than what you pay from stew mac. But they make EVERYTHING!! Finished bodies, unfinished bodies, neck blanks, fender necks, gibson necks, acoustic necks, pickups, pots, electronics, EVERYTHING!

Next thing you'll see complete guitars with Stew-Mac written at the headstock.

Unless I'm reading wrong, they don't appear carved to me. Just looked like
they are ready to be glued up.

2nd that! Not carved.
It says they come about 1" to 1.5" thick so I imagine you would want to plane it before carving.
