Router bit for Pickup leg routes
What size router bit or method do you guys use for routing the pickup leg holes on a 59' Bartlett plan build? 1/2 diameter seems to be just slightly to big on the corner radiuses.
thanks, Keith R |

Re: Router bit for Pickup leg routes
I believe it's 3/8th. I had to special order mine. Legs were a pain in the ass. My current build I plan on using bushings and hopefully my plunge router. Forstner bits help.

Re: Router bit for Pickup leg routes
What types of bushings are you talking about?

Re: Router bit for Pickup leg routes
I think he means the bushings that you can fix to the underside of the router so it will follow the template without bearings.

Yes,I think they're more flexible than bearings.
