Smile hello from the uk

hi im new here, also i am pretty new to playing, my girlfreind is teaching me at the moment, shes the one with the les paul collection including an epi lp custom an epi lp she had built for preference and a lp jimmy page tour, she has her own band been playing and writing music for about 17 years, i have brought an epi lp standard cheap with a view for customising for her and found this wonderful site with lots of info, will probably be asking some questions and picking some brains as well as a few notes...

Re: hello from the uk

Greetings!
Look out for the lunatics in this forum. Namely, Cookie-Boy, Drudeboy & Phil47uk. Unfortunately, thay are all UK based. As for me, I'm as sane as a bottle of chips.

Take a look here if you haven't already: The 2010 UK MLP International Fete (Meet) Don't know where you are based, but it would be great if you both could get down to the event. Members are coming from all over the UK, and some colonials are planning on attending also. Just put a post in that thread as to whether you can make it, so we can keep track of the rough numbers of attendees (and believe me, Cookie-Boy and Drudeboy are rough attendees!)

Enjoy this place, it's great!

John V.
