I joined because I was in the market for my first LP - the Joe Bonamassa Studio. GAS hit me like a ton of bricks on this and MyLP was the only place that had any decent info on this from real people.

Now that I'm a proud owner I thought I'd stick around for a while.

I'd like to know who the first few people were on this board that made it such a wealth of information?

Is Alex a huge fan of Les Pauls and did he put up the first few hundred threads to get the ball rolling or is this more of a business venture for him?

I was just looking for a place to bullshit about Les Pauls. The Gibson forum is kinda boring, and I couldn't get on the Les Paul forum so I tried MLP.

I have to admit, I joined to post about something in the member classifieds. I found MLP when looking at LP kits (the George M kit saga caught my attention).

I don't post much, but my membership has let me to order a set of MHD's. So, that's good for something, right?

Well, golly, that's an impressive online resume.

Honestly, the reason why you're being trolled is because you came in with insults as your first words.

Also, you can get classes at your local community college for about $18/unit. I'd recommend remedial English and perhaps typing as well. Interpersonal Relations might be a good idea, also. You don't seem to understand that when you insult people they don't take kindly to it.

Word to the wise, and all that good stuff.

I was researching the tv yellow LP junior and SG as I was interested in purchasing one or the other. I ended up liking some of the conversations. After lurking since January decided to join up about 3 months.

Yet, you keep coming back to hurl more insults from your long history of 6 posts. Thousands of posts usually "does" equal respect since it is mostly those who are not dicks and have not been banned, because they actually try to contribute something positive to the subject matter.

If you have a genuine interest in Les Pauls and have something to contribute then simmer down and learn something. If not, GTFO.

I wanted to learn more about guitars in general, mainly Les Pauls. I had just gotten my first LP and figured no better place to learn about the LP legacy and general guitar knowlege in general. It hasn't let me down. Loads of great info and helpful people. Not to mention, I found my latest LP (in my avatar) on here. I traded with a MLP member and I LOVE IT!!!
