Thank you for the invite FlickoFlash! Looks like a great place to hang out from time to time. Unfortunately, I am always working so my hours I may show up will be late at night. But it's exciting to see a great new Les Paul forum. Very Cool!

Thank you... You have to come out sometime and hang at the shop. Love having people over. Now that the weather has been somewhat warmer we started doing the BBQ Tri-Tip & Pork Riblets on the weekends while we work. BBQ, Friends & Pickups!

The VTPH (Vintage Tuned Paf Hot) is wound on the warm 8.43K range. It's not polite at all. The neck pickup is around 7 to 7.2K and warmer if someone chooses warmer.

Look forward to maybe meeting you someday...

Sounds like a plan. Tri-tip and fiddle parts, sounds like heaven to me!!

That pickup sounds just like what I'm looking for, although maybe in an A2 flavor. I'm finding A2's really suit me better, although not universally.

That'd be cool if you move to Yuba. I've never heard of you before, so this is really cool. Were staring to get some great diversity in business around here.

I live in Rockaway. I work in East Hanover, and I was born in Livingston. And I went to Monmouth College in West Long Branch.

Wow! I grew up in E. Hanover and still buy all my musical stuff from Ritchie's in Rockaway, where I've been a customer for 25 years.

I just had some left over Riblets for dinner...

VTP neck with A2's and VTPH with A5's are what I really like myself.

yeah, Yuba is the future home of WB. After we get settled in. We will start repairing/servicing guitars and tube amps as well. One of my guys that works with me, his father is a master on tube amp repairs and service. He has an unbeliveable collecton of vintage tubes and such.

You know, funny you should mention that, cuz I've got this really old Dickerson lap steel amp that needs some help. Sounds pretty good, but hums like a big dog. I've been told the filter caps gotta go, and I'm sure it's gonna need more. I'll have to bring it to you when you get settled, I'd really like to get that one going again.

I signed up Nick on my site, but I don't think he gets the whole internet forum thing. I was trying to explain to him that he would probably have an easier time moving some of his vintage stuff in places like this, but he just ain't understandin' the whole concept.
