Yeah the Burst Borthers picked 33 R9 tops that were as close as they could get to 33 original '59 Bursts.
There's 33 of them. I put a warning at the header of the thread! You chose to scoll down!

I really thought this thread was going to, somehow, be about Rolling Rock. I realize it wouldn't be on topic, but that's what I first thought of when I saw the title.

I bet you wouldn´t get as many good looking guitars in one place if you would combine the whole Customshop stock off ALL dealers in Germany. And better prices to boot. |

I asked what they were and Randy said that they were special pickups that had been produced for these 33 guitars but couldn't tell me any more than that. Kind of strange, I thought. They were definitely different though. The sound was great although it was tough to tell the difference between this one and the others - through a JCM800 Marshall they all sounded like heaven. It was available for the same price as the other R9s - I could have taken it with me if not for the minor detail of paying for it... |
