ID my Junior reissue!
This is a weird one. First, I have no digital camera (vintage to the bone) so you're going to have to use the old-fashioned way: your imagination.
![]() This Junior is a 1989 double-cut reissue in olive sunburst. It has Grovers and a tune-o-matic/stop tailpiece combo - so far, so standard. The headstock is different from all other reissues of this period I have seen - mine has a pearl "Gibson" inlay, not a gold transfer (although the "Les Paul Junior" part is like that) and I also have an ebony fingerboard. Either that or it's the world's darkest, tightest-grained rosewood. Junior lives in a pink-lined deluxe tan case. Does anybody know if they made any "deluxe" reissues at this time, or export models, as this was bought in New Zealand? Thanks. |

Re: ID my Junior reissue!
In that case I should try and take a picture for you. It would be rude of me not to. I'm pretty new to computer-photography so it won't be tomorrow, but check back in a few days.
