Re: My new TRIBURST R9

That finish is more commonly found on '68 RI Customs..

Looks pretty cool on an R9. Congrats. I didn't like mine until the double whites went in there.

Re: My new TRIBURST R9

I love your guitar! I really like the thin burst band. I always knew that color could be cool and your guitar proves it!. More pics, please. Where'd you get it? Are there more?(I've seen them but they have a bad burst or BBQ flame or both. Your's suffers from neither) The color and flame are nice. If you ever wanna get rid of it......

Absolutely beautiful guitars! Nice too, because you definitely don't see 'em every day!

Re: My new TRIBURST R9

Hi thanks for your comments , got it from a shop in Brighton many miles from where i live so got the guy in the shop to e mail me photos of it and a tobacco burst , they may have another couple , not sure though . Place is called guitar amp and keyboard , google GAK and you should get their on line shop , they advertise in Guitarist mag. This model is called a 59 reissue ltd , believe its a short run on the colour. Incidently i've seen this guitar advertised in several ads for as much as £1400 to £2000 more than i got it for , well worth a good look round your options before splashing the cash .
