RO serial number ?

Maybe looking to get an RO. I'm familiar with usa standard serial no. but not these. If I wanted check age of one, say 2010, what would indicate age? Think they are 00**** ?

Thats odd. Seller gave me 00 137* Did the G0 version have 6 digits? Wonder if first 0 is really a G ?

No that's still right. Once production goes over 1000 for the year you're going to see 6-digit serial numbers. The space is usually between the model and year (such as 0 0137X).

Sounds like its a 2000 Les Paul Classic.

They had serial numbers 00 xxxx

A photo of the back of the headstock should clear things up...

Thanks. So given serial no 0 0137x, what year is this ? This is a plain top with dark back , RO in cavity and double ring tuners, black binder Coa.
