Nylon 6/6 or G-Formula Nylon 66
I really would like to replace the saddles on my SG Meastro Reissue, but I'm having a hard time finding any NOS nylon 6/6 saddles online. I already have Allparts nylons in several of my Lennon Casinos & the SG reissue, but have decided to switch due to their durability. I dont know what kind of nylon Allparts uses, but they're softer than Silly Puddy. (I'll upload a pic in the near future to show just how much they have concaved over the past 2 years on the Casinos) I've seen the TonePros G-Formula Nylon 66 saddles advertised with thier own bridges, but I dont want to spend $90 for a complete bridge just to rip the saddles out. On top of that, they're not even real nylon 6/6. Any rate, I'd really appreciate any help finding a source for NOS nylon 6/6 ABR-1 saddles. Thanks

Fort Wayne, Indiana. Depending on how much the saddles are - I'd like enough for 3-4 guitars. If you could post some pics of the saddles that would be great!! Thanks

Re: Nylon 6/6 or G-Formula Nylon 66
I wanted to get the saddles as well, but they're not available anywhere. I even tried to get TonePros to cut me a deal on them, but no go. As far as actually making them yourself, like our crazy friend above.. (With all due respect to your ambition, bro!! LOL) Im just going to buy the whole bridge. I don't know how much you make an hour, but as far as I'm concerned, the time it would take to make them, just doesn't warrant it.

I don't know how close these are to what you're looking for, but Allparts sells nylon saddles: Tunematic Saddles | Allparts.com
Edit: sorry, I just read your OP more closely and noticed that you already tried these...never mind! Frank

The TonePros G-Formula is pretty cool.
You wouldn't be able to install them in a regular ABR-1 though, TonePros uses a different saddles which only lines up with their bridges... In my experience, the Allparts Nylon saddles aren't the most reliable.
