Tried some Kossoffs

I got to try some Kossoffs today and man they have a cool vibe about them.

What stands out most is the neck.It is very Goldie like.Comfortable and easy to play.Tried one aged and two VOS.

I'm very immpressed.

Tone wise they have a nice crisp woody tone and the notes sing even at clean gain settings.

The neck pickup is bright and notes have a vowel vocal quality to it.

I'm considering one.Gibson is doing a great job.
Oh,man!
InfiniteeZ, duck2k and Britpack like this.

Re: Tried some Kossoffs

Do you have noticed any difference between VOS and Aged regarding Tone or neck?

Re: Tried some Kossoffs

I wish I had one. I have heard them but am a lefty and can't play great upside down. They are sexy! One of the few signature series I have been pumped about

The necks feel the same and the tone is just about the same. The aged Koss was just a little warmer in the neck position.VOS had more clarity over all.

You can feel the aged neck's roughness but it is not overbearing and that is the only difference.

Great playing guitars for sure.
