I'm not going to admit what I thought it meant when I first joined, so don't feel bad.

Haha I always thought it was "New guitar/gear demonstration" but then when I bought my last guitar I woke up that morning saying in my mind "YEAH!! TODAY IS A NEW GUITAR DAY!! Oh wait, this is what NGD stands for x___x"

Thanks guys!! I appreciate nobody blasting me for it! hahaha. I have enough trouble with my daughter and the LOL's, LMAO's, TTYL's...etc.. Now I have one I can get her on! I figured FOR SURE that she would be able to get the NGD, and she couldn't, so you bet I'm gonna raz her on this one! Dad 1, Paige 0. haha.

It's funny cuz I didn't know either, I had to ask too! The H in HNGD really threw me

There was guy that posted a Scantily clad "Calender Girl" with a cartoon balloon that said HAPPY NGD! so for us guys who enjoy a pin up girl every now and then, that was the cats meow! But alas that behavior has since been disallowed for those on the forum who do not find that sort of thing entertaining. Which is OK because my wife would look over my shoulder when I had a big grin....busted!

That's funny! Yeah, that's disallowed, but right below your response was an ad for some dating service with a bunch of asian chicks lookin' all sultry! LOL. It screamed everything but 5 dollah! LOL.

It was "2 dalla short time G.I." and "Me Love you long time, 10 dalla" when I was stationed in the far east. I did not indulge for obvious health reasons.
I could write a book on that subject, because I was part of a team that was assembled to reduce the STD rate in that area. ohhhh the stories.....
those were the days!

But if an ad like that was on your screen?....? ...what have you been lookin at ???
