Anyone know how many 'Goldies' have been made so far?

Not exactly. I believe 170 - 180 is pretty close though.

Thanks. Doesn't look like they'll reach the 300 maximum then? None in UK left from first batch and no sign of the second batch. I managed to get one of the last of the first batch in the UK - no. 70 - thankfully!

Well #158 has a home now...so we know at least 158 have been made!!

Highest number I seen was 180 and the 50 gloss versions are included in the total 300. So thats 230 so far that I know.

Dawsons Reading. It was shipped down from Hudderfield!

My main Guitar supplier - Macaris in Denmark Street - say they have some more on order but no delivery date yet from Gibson.

Could be a while before any more Goldies in UK.

Worth the wait and effort though.

Yeah my dealer has three on order - but he's been waiting since they were launched and he hasn't had any at all as yet..........heres hoping - as I wanted one of these as soon as they were announced -

Suggest you speak to bigger dealers. The Goldies are going to a restricted number of them. I know that Andertons (Guildford Surrey) Dawsons (National) and Macaris (Denmark St London) have all had one batch at the end of last year and are expecting more. Speak to Anthony Macari on 0207 836 2856 and ask him what he thinks. His firm is one of the biggest Gibson dealers in Europe. Good luck, it'll be worth it.
