Ngd! 07' r8
Hey guys, don't usually have anything worth posting, but this weekend I was driving from So Cal to Oklahoma for my job, and came across a deal in Albuquerque I couldn't pass up! I randomly just walked into the GC killing time and saw this R8 hanging up on the wall in the corner.
I usually don't look at them too much, since it just depresses me that I can't afford to pay the retail on one, but this one was on clearance and was over 30% off. I had the guy pull it down to play it and the neck just felt so amazing! I contemplated on it for a while, I knew I didn't need to spend that much, but once I picked it up, I couldn't put it down. I ended up picking it up and having the salesman throw in a nice leather strap and some straplocks. I have to say... this guitar just plays and sounds amazing! I can't wait till I get home in October to be able to actually plug it into my real amp. Here's some pics.. The other guitar is my Standard.. |

Congrats! That's certainly one way to make a long drive feel worth it
