Play is fantastic!
I've played quite a few R8s recently and I know that the neck sizes are all over the place.
This R8's neck is on the slimmer side.
I haven't weighed it yet, but it feels around a 1/2 lb heavier than my R9...around the 9 pound mark.

She sounds great, but the R9 crushes it.
My R9 is a freak of nature. I knew when I bought this R8 that she'd be an instant 2nd.

This is what she's up against...some stiff competition.
(I know, I know...what the h*ll's that BFG doing in the picture?)
