It's Gibson, anything can happen. Machine head hole placement looks correct for an earlier one. What are you wondering?

from the limited images it looks ok to me !

A picture of the inlays would seal the deal...

Its a 1999. Serial number font and tuner bushings tell us it is not a 2009.

just wanted to know if it is original gibson..

also the neck heel is slightly rounder than usual..

From what we can see, it looks original yes...

but you have only shown the headstock and the back of the guitar ! - show us the rest...

but i can't see anything to suggest its not - the necks were done by hand, heel shapes can be all over the place.

SB is correct, also the line up of the tuners looks '90s to me.

every single detail is correct,

and I had a look at the heel on my 1996 r7, and it looks the same as yours

Rounded inlays looks about right but the colour of the fingerboard is qute reddish! Is that the actual colour or is your camera tinting the pic in that direction?
