New to the Forum - My 97 Slash Snakepit Gibson

hello all. Im new here. Take it easy on me. I have 4 guitars, 2 of which are Les Pauls. My first guitar ever was a 1993 LP Classic and probably my favorite guitar I have ever played. I have a 1997 Slash's Snakepit Gibson which I like as well but dont really play. I have a 2007 BC Rich Mockingbird and a Jackson Jenna Jameson Flying V which plays like shit but looks cool. I dont play it. I bought it to put on the wall as artwork.

A lot of people seem to really like the Snakepit guitar so I thought I would show a pic or two.

Snakepit looks nice, i regret not buying one 5yrs ago when a dealer friend was selling one and i could have got it for under 8k, im stupid.

As for your 93 Classic... I have a 93 Standard that I bought new and I would never get rid of it. I love it! Has an ebony fretboard too, which Gibson cant even tell me why its on there. I've also noticed that you don't see a whole lot of 93s for sale.

thanks guys. To answer your question, I guess everything has a price. I've never thought really hard about selling it but the last one that was on EBAY went for 20k. It is getting to the point where, to me, this is almost to much to have into one guitar.

Anyway, I have included some pictures below. This guitar was donated (or a promotional deal, cant remember) from Gibson. I have some old emails from GIBSON that confirms all this. They had SLASH sign it. See the plaque that comes with it. Long story short, it ended up in a studio in LA and when that was sold, this was along with it. A friend (posts on this forum) bought it and sold it to me. I was told that SLASH has played on this before.

I hope to see Slash in 2 weeks when he is in Nashville and maybe can get him in a picture with it??? Anyway, here are some photos below:

Very Cool.....I will be at the Nashville show as well. I lucked out and Scored AWESOME Seats but couldn't find any "Meet and Greet" tickets for Slash only for Ozzy. Do you have Slash "Meet and Greet" Tickets???

No meet and greets. I have all access. If I see Slash, it wont be a meet and greet type deal. Who knows though.
