Any chance of a Michael Bloomfield Signature Model?

I mean, no offense, but Gibson is making custom models of Joe Bonamassa, etc, and though extremely good, they always seem to overlook the originals. Though not a HUGE fan, Clapton's 1960 Les Paul? Peter Green's?

But, I think Michael deserves it so much, he was really probably the first guy to get them out to the publics eye. Could it EVER Happen?

Sincerely,
Zack.

Yeah, tribute would be cool!

But, BC it would, but he is sadly not here with us anymore, but we know what he liked, and his brother I bet would love to help.

I'd prefer if they left all the binding on. And would you want them to put a gouge behind the TP?

you can go to the official site
Guitars
and add your name to the list.

D.W. my name is on it already

Does anyone know why some of the binding was gone on his? I know Dan Erlewine said that he installed the Grovers backwards. It would be such a cool Guitar!

It's called The Gary Moore Signature, or I am I wrong?

Gary Moore, though. That doesn't say Peter Green, and in no way means it, some people won't know Green's Guitar belonged to Gary.

Re: Any chance of a Michael Bloomfield Signature Model?

Yeah, the Gary Moore sig has pretty much zero in common with the Peter Green LP.

Mike Bloomfield will always be a Tele player to me. His playing on the first Paul Butterfield album is pretty much the reason I got a Tele. It's funny because in an interview he said the amp he used on that album made his Tele not sound like a Tele...
