fret board treatment ?

what do you guys use to keep your fret boards in good condition, clean and correct in moisture content?
How often do you use it, and how do you apply it ?

Re: fret board treatment ?

Roche Thomas fingerboard oil or Fret Doctor bore oil.
These are the best I've found.
I oil the boards about two or three times a year max.
The most important time to oil a board is when winter starts and humidity drops.
