just ordered these two books...
I've read about these all over the net and amazon had some nice reviews:

I checked out the Troy Stetina from my local library. The audio was missing from it though but I still got a few good excersises out of it. I'm not really a speed guy but I enjoy checking out anything I can find since it's free. I can always find a few great excersises to take away from any book. Before you spend anymore money I would recommened checking out your library to see what they have.
