Learn and Master Guitar ??

So I ordered the Learn and Master Guitar CD's and book the other day. Should be here this week. Im hoping this was not a waste of $200 (I bought the extended version). I read quite a few different places where it placed well on reviews and received a award.

Anyone here used this software?

I've been playing on/off for the last year, really moreso this last 6 months.

Re: Learn and Master Guitar ??

Guitar tabs are one of the important components for learning new tunes. Usually the guitar tabs come with the lyrics of the song for which the guitar tab is played, and sometimes the interlude or prelude lead part of the music is given through these guitar tabs.

I'm sure you will like it. I've heard nothing but good things about that series. Let us know what you think. I'm very curious myself.

Hopefully it is a great course. ISTM most of the "reviews" are advertisements in disguise for that product.

Re: Learn and Master Guitar ??

I got the package yesterday and it's pretty sweet. Has a very nice workbook that goes through each phase of the CD and also a link to download another 180 page workbook that goes a little more indepth as well.

I purchased the extended version of 20 DVD's, workbook (which has some written tests also) and is packaged in a glossy case that holds all of it.

I worked on the 1st DVD last night and it went really well. They have a large online community where you can post questions and such, which some get answered by Steve Krenz himself.

I'd say it's well worth the investment...Will let you know how I progress through it later...Jason

Re: Learn and Master Guitar ??

Thanks for the update. My fear is I'll buy the stuff and never use it!
