Ah, the Kirkster burst, likely a one of a kind for several reasons. R8s had become plain tops in 2003. The Butterscotch finish was discontinued in 2002, and a lefty besides. This guitar was available at the same time as my Rossington, from the same dealer. I almost bought this one instead of the Rossington. I'm glad I bought the Rossi, but damn, what a top on this bad boy.
