yes , i'm a lucky git my daughter who has always been great at art ( since very young ) decided a few years ago she wanted to do tattoo work and i have to say she is bloody good hers a few pics of some of her work she has done on me

i need to get a finished shot of this

That's some nice work there Alan, you really are one lucky man! I suppose it works both ways - you get to have your tatts done for free or at a reduced rate, and your daughter gets someone to practice on! Good stuff, and welcome aboard.

Very cool. My sister-in-law's husband does nice work, but he doesn't have any equipment right now. I've been toying with the idea of a tat similar to Dominic Monaghan's. He was the hobbit Merry Brandybuck in Lord of the Rings, and a major character on Lost. He has "Living is easy with eyes closed" on his left shoulder -- a quote from "Strawberry Fields Forever. I like the idea of something that encapsulates my philosophy of life -- and I love the Beatles, so I've been considering "And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make." On the other hand, I think perhaps I should use one of my own song lyrics, as I am a pretty good songwriter in my own right. I dunno. If and when my bro-in-law gets a tattoo gun, I can get it done for free, though, and he does nice work, My sister-in-law has some nice flowing script style stuff that he did.

Well not only is it nice to have but she does a HELL of a job!
