I don't know if you guys have heard but a few weeks ago the Gov of AZ signed a SB 1108 that would allow CCW without a permit.

AZ is the third state to allow such a law. I for one am happy with this law. It doesn't do away with ccw permits, you can still obtain one if you want; the reason being, it makes buying a gun faster, so you can carry in other states that honor az ccw and so you can carry in places that serve alcohol (no drinking of course). Now I don't carry my pistol on regular basis. But when I do I was always a little nervous because while driving with it holstered and a seatbelt on, it was technically concealed because the belt covered it from plain view and could result in a violation. But with the new law I can breath a little easier now. What do you guys think? Agree or disagree, is this a good new law or should permits still be required?
