I'm considering picking up Propellerhead REASON 4.0

Anyone else out there have any experience with this Software?

    It looks incredible!
I'll be using it in conjuction wth my Cuebase LE for my live recordings and mostly using the REASON 4.0 for Percussions, Synths, and full Production capabilities.

i'm totally going back to analog recording. Got me an old cassette 4-track and i'm going to work! Something about the simplicity of those things, just allows me to focus more on the music, not the equipment. see how long this lasts.

Today I picked up and Western Digital External HD for my recording studio.

Figured I needed more storage space since I have quite a bit to record. Pretty easy setup, Plug-n-play, love it!

I was able to Install my Presonus FIREBOX software on the new drive but can't find my Cuebase LE Software CD anywhere... oh well I sent a email to Presonus Tech Support since it was a bundled package when I purchased the FIREBOX, maybe they will send me a new CD? If not I've been wanting to check out "Reaper" which I've heard a lot of good things about.

I use Digimax Pres but my main mic pre is the Focusrite 428 4 channel. Thing is sweet.
I've heard vox through the SSL's They sound amazing. I've never used a UA but I'd like to.

st.bede thanks for the advice. We did buy the line 6 toneport UX2. It's user friendly. We haven't had as much time to record as we would have preferred, but this weekend we plan on recording.
