Boneyard Dating Les Paul's

Over the years I have collected all kinds stupid and strange, stuff, junk whatever.
I have a goldtop soapbar pickups missing headstock to the 7th fret and just about everything missing. I looked at the pot cavity and stamped on the underside of the maple top was March 14 and nothing else.

I know Gibson restores but I have a feeling it might be cheaper to buy a Bently GT!

Anyone know if LP's have always been stamped or stamped for a period of time or never stamped?
I picked this body up around 1975 maybe the pickups are original I really couldnt say.

Do you have any names of people who can remove and replace a LP neck?
