What Would You Do For Your Dream Guitar?
I thought this might be an interesting question with lots of different answers,
What have you done, or are, or would do to get your Dream Guitar? I assume that not everyone on this Forum are super rich, or have fantastic jobs and get given free guitars! It could be that you saved hard for it, swapped other guitars, got in debt or stole....So lets here your stories? By-the-way I sold my ESP Eclipse II (Which I didnt like) and saved hard for the rest of £ to get My Gibson Slash Les Paul, which was made harder as me and my wife have a 4 month old little boy.

I would get a second job to be able to afford it.

Re: What Would You Do For Your Dream Guitar?
And I also traded in an Epiphone LP Standard and a POS Ibanez to be able to buy my first Gibson LP.

Re: What Would You Do For Your Dream Guitar?
When I couldn't stand the GAS for an R9 any longer, I sold a guitar to pay for it ( a Clarke, quite rare, made in Edmonton in the 60s). Came out pretty close.
Now this damn place is making me GAS for old wood, I may have to thin the herd a bit again.

Re: What Would You Do For Your Dream Guitar?
You need to be careful on what you say!
But since I want a 1959/1960 Burst, or a 1954 Goldtop or Black guitar with P-90's, I'd do a lot. |

Re: What Would You Do For Your Dream Guitar?
I already own my dream guitar. It was bought in 2001 buy a member of another guitar forum, he's a fender man and hardly ever played it. It sat in the case till 2007 when he sold it to me. I live in florida and he lives in boston. I stick a set of WB Vintage Hot's and a RS Vintage kit and it is my dream guitar. All of the years just waiting for me.
