Shielding a Les Paul control cavity.

G'day Guys,

Advice needed.....

I want to shield the control cavities on my '95 Les Paul Standard, was wondering which is best, shielding tape or shielding paint?

Also if I use tape, should I use conductive, or non-conductive tape?

Thanks in advance,

D.
