I would love to have a flame top historic!! I just cant see why to spend 5 grand on a flame top when i can get the same guitar with a plain top for 3k??

Glad you like 'em... I just need to find time to take some new pics as I feel like I've posted the same old pics too often. Maybe I'll get some good pics this weekend at the Les Paul Jam in NC... what ever I get I'll post here next week.

I love them both. I voted for flame, but it has to be subtle...not too tight, and not too pronounced.
I like the bottom one in mmcquin's pics... juuuust right.

Ive said it before and Ill say it again. I need a guitar that looks like it was made of wood.
If you want a wholly unnatural looking guitar (and theres nothing wrong with that) then IMO you should be playing a Parker Fly, or a BC Rich, or something a little less traditional than a Les Paul. But thats just me. |
