Another technicality... you're technically not allowed to play someone elses material at all, not even recreationally... Thats why all those tab websites got shut down a couple years back...

They've expanded the lawsuit to cover Harmonix and Rockband as well. I wonder what'll happen? They won't pull the product, its selling crazy well... But it may kill all additional sequels... Which sucks for me, I really love Rockband! Its fun playing the 'drums' even though its not very realistic.

Thinkin Gibson is truly only after royalties, and with all this, they may very well get it. I think their lawyers probably think they hit a gold mine courtesy of Harmonix and Activision.... Sad
