New member of the Family!

I just brought home my dream guitar - Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul Custom - Heritage Cherry burst, plays like a dream! An absolutely beautiful looking, sounding, and feeling instrument - accept no substitute! LOL

Anyway, for those who say Gibson isn't still making some fine guitars, I have to disagree - this baby is FLAWLESS!!!

Tell me what you think!

A big thanks to Saul at Centre City Music for hand-picking this beauty for me, and for the killer deal!

That is my LP Smartwood Exotic (98) with a Peroba top and Curupay fretboard. It has a solid thinline mahogany back/neck with a super thin neck profile - I have it set up with a GK-3 midi pickup that I play through a GR-20 Guitar synth... It has a set of Markster's pups in it - it has amazing tone. I love the satin finish, it's a sweet guitar.

Re: New member of the Family!

Nice custom, those things are so well built regardless of heritage, they just refuse to give a bad Impression. I've seen so few burst Customs over in the UK, really nice to see such an impressive finish!
