Recommend a Good Guitar Tech in Chicago NW suburbs

Got my Les Paul in Dec. 2007. Been away from guitar for about 20+ years. Now I am looking for a good guitar tech in Chicago NW burbs. Can anyone recommend a tech that they have had good experience with.

Thanks.

I would call some local music stores and see who they recommend.

Music Gallery! In Highland Park.

Dudes are great. Even have a plek machine. You should see the work they did to restore my LP custom(1990) to tip top shape. Even replaced some lost nibs on the fret ends...and you can't tell.

Dan Tasler at Third Coast Guitars; young, but one of the best there is out there!

Peace.

This is where I go. I am going to get my LP plek'd this summer. Chip is a great guy. Did a great setup on my LP.
