Les Paul Studio color ?

Was lookin at the MF site & see theres 2 cherry colors 1)Faded Top Heritage Cherry Sunburst , 2)Heritage Cherry ,whats the diff. between the 2 ,its pics 8 & 16 http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/p...sku=517030#new

Looks like they have their pictures labeled wrong. The Faded Heritage Cherry is darker than Heritage Cherry. The Faded has a thin satin finish whereas the other has the thicker glossy finish.

I don't think Heritage Cherry is an option anymore. If you click the color option list, it is not there.

The faded one has a thin satin nitro finish and black plastics,
The other one has a fat glossy finish (like the fireburst or the wine for exemple), with white (or cream?) plastics and gold vol/tone
The color of the cherryburst is the same for the two guitars (the picture show theme different but it's false) , the more correct colour is the faded one perhaps a little less "flashy" but not as dark as the other one.

I am pretty sure of what i say cause i own the cherryburst faded and there is a cherry burst non faded in Mylespaul studio gallery. BUT with gibson you can never be absolutly sure they dont modify their products ....
