300k pots

hi
noob here

i have a lespaul studio and my stock neck volume pot (which i love) just broke
i need a 1:1 replacement but i can't seem to find 300k pots online, just 250 / 500.. i am very volumeknob-dependent, any help would be greatly appreciated!

I replaced one in my Custom not too long ago; so, they do exist. Long & McQuade (Canada).
You could take this opportunity and upgrade both volume pots to 500k.

Check Antique Electronics, at tubesandmore.com. They have Bourns pots in 300k linear taper. It's not the easiest to find at the site, so select "Potentiometers", then "Alpha", then "Bourns", then "Premium Knurled Split Shaft - Linear". If it makes a difference, they are not US-made.

Potentiometers. They sweep through a range of resistance instead being a fixed resistor value. Your volume and tone controls are "pots".
