History of LP Tuners?
I was wondering about the different tuners that Gibson installs on all the different LP models. My Studio has Grovers but I noticed that others have Klusons. Is there any history on the Tuners that Gibson uses for LP's? Is any one type desired over another? Why Klusons one year and Grovers another year?

I'm not sure, actually came to this thread because the answer could be interesting.. Just wanted to say welcome! I remember a post a bit back where you said you got that Les Paul for $450? Great deal, and it looks great!
