50's Tribute Wear & Tear
This is my 50's Tribute Gold Top (Thomann dealer exclusive 1st run). The guitars about a year old but has only been gigged for the last 3 or 4 months on rotation with other guitars. Someone asked how quickly these finishes wear so I thought i would post some pics.

Re: 50's Tribute Wear & Tear
Those faded finishes gives instant mojo when you touch the guitar, but it looks cool

![]() I based it on one of Larry Corsa's CV guitars but with Bare Knuckle PG Blues 50's wiring and PIO caps.

Re: 50's Tribute Wear & Tear
I bought one of the early ones and it smelled strongly like spray paint. Has that gone away? I got rid of mine after a little while. It smelled different than any other Gibson I have.
