Collector's Choice™ #4 1959 Les Paul "Sandy" is HERE!
Today, I recieved email from The Music Zoo saying that
Collector's Choice™ #4 1959 Les Paul "Sandy" (TW59) has arived. The price is $6,699.00 and comes in Green Lemon VOS. Here's a link in which The Music Zoo describes how Gibson So valiantly worked to try to perfect every detail. Anatomy Of A Legend: 1959 Gibson Les Paul “Sandy” So, What are your thoughts |

Re: Collector's Choice™ #4 1959 Les Paul "Sandy" is HERE!
I would love to bring it on stage still in the case, lay it down on the stage flat, and start dry humping it. I would do this for a minute or two. Then I would pick up any of my other Les Pauls and start the show.
I would like to have this Sandy guitar, but not for the price. I also like AA flame the best. I think people would like to see me dry hump the case though.

Odd first post. Do you work at the music zoo? Are you thinking of buying it?

Re: Collector's Choice™ #4 1959 Les Paul "Sandy" is HERE!
I guess the Collector Series is mainly for Collectors. Collectors wouldn't mind having to spend serious money for a piece of history as for musicians are who more focused on playability, reliability and sound. I would buy it but I wouldn't want to have this as my first Les Paul. I'm only 15 so I have time to work my way up to that league. Money isn't a problem.
acstorfer: I don't work at the music zoo. |

I guess you could lie to guitar buffs by telling them it's a real '59 burst and never let them see the back of the headstock. They might get down on their knees and bow while chanting "We're not worthy".

Erm, you do not plan to buy a Sandy yourself, don't you? So, you ignore all the other threads about the new CC?

Me like it. Always have dirty thoughts about lemon bursts and zebra hums. I would buy it for $2,000. And I even like the name "Sandy". Reminds me of Shauna Sand - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
