I hardly ever pick up my 12 string acoustic but I'm still strangely drawn to this. Good thing I can't afford it atm.

I guess I just don't associate a Les Paul build with a good 12-string tone, but I suppose it could work, 'Pauls can do chime well given the right amp.

I love the sound of 12-strings, but in my opinion, they should have done something else with the headstock. Maybe thicken/widen it a bit so that you can place the additional 6 tuners on the back, similar to a Rickenbacker. That's something I would be interested in.

Can't afford it, but I'd sure like to test-drive one sometime. I think the headstock liooks fine as is, but I'm used to the dbl neck headstock.... I guess I'd have to see it with a Ric style on it to really say.

I love my SG 12 string, but if I had a choice last year I may have been tempted to buy the LP. Although I had just sold my Rick 360/12, it was way too bright for me, I suspect the LP would be brighter than the SG.

They had a black one at Wildwood that weighed in at a cool 10 lbs. I'd have picked it up if I didn't have to flip other guitars in order to pay for it.
