Out Of Phase Pedal?
Is there such thing as a pedal to make your guitar sound out of phase??

I would think not - if you don't have a stereo guitar. After the signal leaves your guitar the signal from both pickups can no longer be split like they can before the input jack so I don't believe it's possible.
Just flip a magnet and try it out first and if it's a tone that you'll use - get a push pull pot so you can swap between the two.

Out of phase in what way? The term is relative and for one signal to be out of phase it really needs too be referenced to another. (P Green PU different story).
If you want a thin phasey type sound then a phase shifter (which splits your guitar signal into 2, delays one (ie shifts it's phase) and mixes it back with the original signal. I seem to recall either an MXR model or mybe Elect Harm one that allowed you turn off the automatic function and manually set it to a particular one.
