No...wait...THIS is my dream! I'm thinking about trading in the two above for this one...hmmm....is that a good deal or no? I like the body on this on this one...less finish on it. And the pickups seem to be hotter, too..She's got her hand on one of 'em....and check out the neck...mmmmmmmm!

Re: What is your Dream Guitar ???

Even Guitars in Some Ways Are Better Than Women

A guitar has a volume knob
You can make a guitar scream as loud as you want it to
You can unplug a guitar
You can finger a guitar for hours without it complaining it wants more
Other people can play your guitar without it getting upset
You can finger a guitar in public and get applause, not arrested
You can have a guitar any color you want and no one will care
If your guitar doesn't make sounds you like, you can retune it
You can use four fingers at a time on a guitar
You can have a guitar professionally adjusted to your liking
You can go to a guitar shop and play all the guitars you want for free
You can take lessons on how to play a guitar without feeling embarrassed.
You can rent a guitar without worrying about who rented it before you.
You can play the guitar with your bare fingers and no protective covering.
You can get rich playing a guitar, not broke.
A guitar doesn't take half of everything you own when you sell it.

Re: What is your Dream Guitar ???

I can honestly say I am satisfied with what I have. My 01 R8 has been A/B`d with at least 3 REAL 50`s Pauls, and The owners wanted to buy mine. It is truly special. So much so that it is in my will to go to my best friend.

I'll have it in my last wishes to be buried with it so i can take it with me, and i can play for as long as i want and as loud as i want in heaven forever without complaints from neighbors. plus my gf wont get angry with me because i spend more time with my guitar than her.

Re: What is your Dream Guitar ???

Any one of the below selections would work.............

John Lennon's 1958 Rickenbacker 325 Mapleglo(of course I'd settle for one of the other 7 '58 Maples)

or just a nice flamey 1959 Les paul like say, 9 1864....

or an original 1958 V.

DREAM HUGE!!!!!
