Thanks man... nice guits. FYI Gibson did make a very few V's in 59. They're a lot rarer than the 58's. I'll take a '58 V though just as a stop gap! HOW MUCH !

The LP's not flamed enough for my tastes, and the Explorer - well it would have to be an original not a re-ish!

My R8, aka "The Chris-Burst"...

There will never be a more important guitar, to me!

That's a Custom Shop, Hand Selected R8 and is, without a doubt, the best guitar I've ever played. The funny thing is, it's NOT my #1 player.

For the record, my guitars are only that important to ME! To the next guy, they might be firewood.

Well I play a Gibson Les Paul Classic Antique in Fireburst. It is so hard to choose just one dream guitar. I think the Les Paul is certainly one of my dream guitars but I wll be adding 4 more to the mix. In order of most favorite.

1. Gibson ES335 in Triburst
2. Gibson SG 61 Reissue in Ebony
3. Fender Vintage American Strat (Hot Rod)
4. Fender Vintage American Tele (Hot Rod)

Not sure which one I am saving for yet. But I thnk it may be the SG.
