Les paul classic antigue all mahogany
Marktplaats - De plek om Nieuwe en Tweedehands spullen te kopen en verkopen
I saw this at a dutch ebay type site. I didn't know they had all mahogany classics. The translation is that is a all mahogany classic, the top indeed looks different, darker. Satin finish. Don't know if this is nitro or the fender type polyutherane. It's goddamn cheap, 1350 euro's isn't much for a nice looking lp. Don't know how it plays or sounds ofcourse. Never saw one of these. Looks different. Notice the old school gibson logo. According to the seller, a guitarshop, it's brand new. |

That was the Gibson "Guitar of the Week" from week 33 last year.
http://www.electric-guitar-review.co...-mahogany-top/ According to the serial number, it was built july 23rd, 2007 (middle of week 33). |

Howdy 19mab68,
Nice looking guitar there, it looks a lot like my classic antique but with covered pickups. What year is your custom? Mahogany tops are great. ![]() regards-Tralf |

I've got one, it's a satin nitro finish, you can shine it up some if you want, but it's not going to shine like a gloss. It has '57 pups and a really great tone, satin neck feels good; not sticky. |

Re: Les paul classic antigue all mahogany
I've got a satin finished les paul that I shined up a bit.
But now that I see it kinda shiny I don't like it. Is there anyway to make it dull again safely?? |
