Gibson Les Paul custom real of fake?

Someone offered me a Gibson Les Paul custom cherry burst, so I just wanted to check with experts whether it is real or fake.

Clearly a fake. The giveaway was this passage: "8tuSf0sq61Jm0mca".

On a real Gibson, that would be, "8tuSf0sq64in0mca".

First impression...Looks good to me. More members will confirm this though.

Looks fairly legit to me. But wait for a second opinion. I'm more used to spotting fake standards. The only thing that concerns me is the Gibson Custom logo on the back of the headstock, but that may be an old one. My main concern is the angles of the pictures and the fact that there isn't a front facing picture of the whole headstock.

I'd ask for better pictures first, but so far so good.

Hopefully I can hijack this thread. I did some searching and couldnt find the right thread. Hopefully Im not too much of a noob.
Ive had a deal come at me for a 91 Custom Alpine white. This is a guitar that I have always wanted, but I am concerned that it is a fake:

Why is the "i" not dotted? And Gibson just looks off to me, but I am no expert and thats why I am here.

Yeah that one is legit aswell. Somebody changed the bridge to an ABR1.

The i was dotted when it left the factory.....it isn't now. Could be any number of reasons, but you can see the spot where it used to be.
